For our final day in Hawaii, we rented a sea kayak and headed out for a snorkel by the Captain Cook landing monument. We battled a pretty good current and made it on shore without suffering any serious injuries. Turns out abour 4 of every 5 people that we watched arrive after us on a kayak got completely mauled on the rocks there. We either got lucky or are super adventure masters. I'm banking on option 2.

While we were waiting for our kayak rental, we snuck off to Two Step beach for some more snorkelling. While we were out, the tide ate my digital camera. Luckily for us, our janky water camera miraculously had a pretty good day, so all was not lost.
