We decided to not stay at the first guesthouse we tried. ew. We found a less-icky guesthouse a few blocks away, at which point I realized I'd lost my passport. We ended up taking a cab back to the airport to see if anyone had found it there, but he got lost and ended up taking us to some tiny local airport. It was a laugh a minute.
